Greetings from the Sunny Southwest ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
What a strange year for weather this has been! March,
which is normally our wettest month of the
winter/spring,
provided almost no moisture at all. April was dry as
well, and we thought May would be a repeat of April. In
the midst of being one of the hottest Mays ever, the
weather changed and it began to snow!
While all of our snow is gone at the lower elevations, the mountains are still capped in a beautiful layer of white. When God created Colorado He surely determined that it would reflect His awesome majesty and beauty in a very special way. It is truly a sight to behold and we welcome all of you to visit Colorado and/or Pagosa Springs this summer.

Customer Satisfaction Survey ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We will be emailing you a Customer Satisfaction
Survey in a day or two. We would so appreciate it if
you would take a couple of minutes to complete it. We
need to get input from all of you to help improve the
service and product that we offer. Meeting your
expectations and satisfying your needs is our primary
goal, and your input will help to insure that we
continue to do this.

Recycle Those Box Liners ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
For those of you who receive your meat via UPS we
would like to offer you the opportunity to recycle those
wonderful box liners that do such a great job of
keeping your meat frozen while enroute. The boxes
themselves have pretty much a one time only use, but
the liners can be used again. It seems such a waste
to send them to the landfills.
If you would like to recycle them, please save your largest box and put all the liners into it. Once the box (or boxes) are full give us a call or send an email letting us know, and we will send a call tag for it/them. While it is not cost efficient to only recycle one set at a time, if you will accumulate them before contacting us it would really help. Please feel free to keep the box and liner, though, if you are able to use them.

Price Increases and Decreases ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We HATE to be the bearer of bad tidings, but I am sure
you know that costs are going up all around us at
a horrendous rate. We are going to try to hold our
costs as long as we can, but we will have to make a
few changes on July 1st. The price on Soup Bones,
Lamb Ribs, and Lamb Liver, Heart and Kidney will
actually be going down, but the price on Ground Beef
and Beef Filets/Tenderloins will be going up just a bit.
We think you will still find the prices to be VERY
competitive, though. Some of the package prices will
increase a bit due to these price increases, but not
very much.
The good news is that we are giving you 30 days to order at the old prices, so take this opportunity to stock up your freezer for the summer. The lower prices on Bones, Lamb Ribs and Lamb Organ Meats will take effect immediately, although the website will not reflect them until July 1st. The price on Ground Beef will be $5.49 per pound, and the price on Tenderloins will be $27.99 per pound. All other prices will remain the same.

In Closing ... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We always like to thank you each month for your
support, and this month is no exception. Our sales
are increasing at phenomenal rates and we really
appreciate all your orders, reorders, and all the
