How to Order – Where to Buy?

We ship primarily to:

Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Texas, Utah, Nevada, California, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, South Dakota, North Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Missouri, and Iowa

…via UPS Ground in specially insulated boxes to insure that the meat arrives still frozen

…but we can also ship to anywhere within the continental United States via UPS Second Day Air.

For best service please use our ONLINE ORDER FORM. Once we receive your order we will call you for your credit card number. 

We only ship on MondaysAll orders must be placed by noon on Saturday to guarantee shipment on the following Monday.

All of our meat is available year round.

Folks often ask us when our meat was processed.  Because our meat is vacuum packaged freshness is assured whenever you defrost and open a package of meat.  Vacuum packing extracts the oxygen from the package  -  it is the air in the package that allows for freezer burn.  And because we have a good turnover on all of our products you can rest assured that your meat is “fresh” and wholesome no matter what time of the year you purchase it.

We ship primarily throughout the western US via UPS Ground, but we can ship to other areas of  the United States via UPS Second Day Air. Because of the variable nature of shipping costs, we do not offer online checkout.

We have no minimum order, but we suggest for maximum freight efficiency you order at least 20 pounds of meat at a time.

Many companies build the cost of shipping into the price of the meat, causing the price per pound to be much higher.  Since the freight rates vary so much from state to state we bill you for the actual costs for your particular order, not a price based on a formula for averaging that might end up overcharging you for the shipping costs.

To arrange for payment we prefer to speak with our customers directly.  We want to maintain a personal relationship with each of you – after all, that is why we are doing what we are doing.  If you fill out our easy to use Order Form we will call you for your credit card information.

Delivery on our truck at a reasonable price is sometimes available in the surrounding area. Be sure to sign up for our Monthly Newsletter (on this page) so that you will be informed about when we might be coming to your area.
