Our 100% grass fed and grass finished beef and lamb are dry aged, processed, vacuum packed and then flash frozen for ultimate freshness. Vacuum packaging is standard on all cuts except Ground Beef, which is packaged in one pound chubs.
We offer individual Beef Cuts; Beef Packages; Beef Quarters, Halves and Wholes; individual Lamb Cuts; Lamb Packages; Lamb Halves and Wholes, as well as free range, organic Chicken. Seasonally we also offer free range, organic Turkeys.
Our prices do not include delivery or shipping charges. We ship primarily to Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Texas, Utah, Nevada, California, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, South Dakota, North Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Missouri, and Iowa via UPS Ground in specially insulated boxes to insure that the meat arrives still frozen. We can also ship to anywhere within the continental United States via UPS Second Day Air. A caution, though – UPS Second Day Air can be fairly expensive and we suggest if you live in the eastern US that you find a supplier in your area via www.eatwild.com. That being said, we would still be happy to ship to you no matter where you live in the continental US.
Our meat is available year round. Folks often ask us when our meat was processed. Because our meat is vacuum packaged freshness is assured whenever you defrost and open a package of meat. Vacuum packing extracts the oxygen from the package – it is the air in the package that allows for freezer burn. And because we have a good turnover on all of our products you can rest assured that your meat is “fresh” and wholesome no matter what time of the year you purchase it.
We have no minimum order, but we suggest for maximum freight efficiency you order at least 20 pounds of meat at a time. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY FOR DEFROST DURING SHIPPING ON ANY ORDER LESS THAN 20 POUNDS.
Many companies build the cost of shipping into the price of the meat, causing the price per pound to be much higher. Since the freight rates vary so much from state to state we bill you for the actual costs for your particular order, not a price based on a formula for averaging that might end up overcharging you for the shipping costs.
