Quarter Beef - $699.00.  Approximately 108 pounds.  This package contains a mixed quarter with premium cuts from the entire beef. It includes: Filets (Tenderloin), New Yorks, Ribeye Steaks, Top Sirloin Steaks, Sirloin Tip Steaks, Top Round Steaks, Bottom Round Steaks, Flank / Skirt Steaks, Flat Iron Steak, Eye of the Chuck Steaks / Roasts, Stew / Kabob Meat, Rump Roasts, Chuck Roasts, Ribs / Riblets, Brisket, Ground Beef and Soup Bones (organ meats available by request only).  It contains approximately 108 pounds of meat and takes up just a little more than one shelf in a good size upright freezer.  All cuts are vacuum packed except Ground Beef and Soup Bones - ONLINE ORDER FORM

Half Beef $1275.00.  This package contains about 216 pounds of premium cuts from the entire side of beef. It includes: Filets (Tenderloin), New Yorks, Ribeye Steaks, Top Sirloin Steaks, Sirloin Tip Steaks / Roasts, Top Round Steaks, Bottom Round Steaks, Flank / Skirt Steaks, Flat Iron Steaks, Eye of the Chuck Steaks /Roasts, Hanging Tender Steaks, Stew / Kabob Meat, Rump Roasts, Chuck Roasts, Ribs / Riblets, Brisket, Ground Beef and Soup Bones (organ meats available by request only).  All cuts are vacuum packed except Ground Beef and Soup Bones - ONLINE ORDER FORM

Whole Beef - $2549.00.  Around 432 pounds, it includes:  Filets (Tenderloin), New Yorks, Ribeye Steaks, Top Sirloin Steaks, Sirloin Tip Steaks / Roasts, Top Round Steaks, Bottom Round Steaks, Flank / Skirt Steaks, Flat Iron Steaks, Eye of the Chuck Steaks / Roasts, Hanging Tender Steaks, Stew / Kabob Meat, Rump Roasts, Chuck Roasts, Ribs / Riblets, Brisket, Ground Beef and Soup Bones (organ meats available by request only).  All cuts are vacuum packed except Ground Beef and Soup Bones  - ONLINE ORDER FORM

General Notes:
Tenderloins (Filets) are cut 2 inches thick. All other steaks are cut  1 to 1 1/2 inches thick.

Filets, New Yorks, Ribeye Steaks, and Chuck Eye Steaks are packed 2 to a package.

Top Sirloins, Sirloin Tip, Hanging Tenders, Skirt, Flat Iron, Flank, Top Round and Tenderized Bottom Round are packed 1 to a package.

Ground beef is 80% to 85% lean and packed in 1 pound chubs.  Ground Beef Patties are 1/3 pound each, and packed 4 to a package.

Kabob/Stew Meat is packed in 1 pound packages.

Roasts are 2 to 4 pounds each.

The Brisket is cut into 2 to 3 pound packages.

Soup bones have a fair amount of meat and can also be used for dog bones, and usually weigh 1 to 2 pounds per package.

The Liver, Heart and Oxtail are cut into smaller packages, usually around 1 pound each.

Primals:  Tenderloin, Strip Loin, Rib Roast, Sirloin Butt, and Top Round are available upon request.
