Our hogs are 100% pasture raised from weaners to the day they are taken to the processor. Besides pasture forage they are supplemented with soaked barley and organic potatoes. The sweet fermented barley gives the pork a wonderful taste and the open pasture produces incredibly red, juicy, lean, and micro-marbled pork.
Our Pork is available in Halves or Wholes only. Each half yields about 70 to 75 pounds of meat.
Our prices do not include delivery or freight charges. We ship primarily to Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Texas, Utah, Nevada, California, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, South Dakota, North Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Missouri, and Iowa via UPS Ground in specially insulated boxes to insure that the meat arrives still frozen, but we can also ship to anywhere within the continental United States via UPS Second Day Air. A caution, though – UPS Second Day Air can be fairly expensive and we suggest if you live in the eastern US that you find a supplier in your area via www.eatwild.com. That being said, we would still be happy to ship to you no matter where you live in the continental US.
