Our lamb is unrivaled in quality, reinforcing the notion that Colorado lamb is some of the best in the world. Choose from our wonderful variety of Lamb Packages. We also offer Halves or Wholes. Our lamb is dry aged, processed, freezer packed, and then quick frozen to insure freshness whenever you cook it.

Prices do not include shipping. We ship primarily to Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Texas, Utah, Nevada, California, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, South Dakota, North Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Missouri, and Iowa via UPS Ground in specially insulated boxes to insure that the meat arrives still frozen, but we can also ship to anywhere within the continental United States via UPS Second Day Air.

General Notes:

Rib Chops are 2 ribs thick and packed 2 to a package.

Loin Chops are 1 to 1 1/2 inches thick, and packed 2 to a package.

Sirloin Chops are 1 inch thick and packed 2 to a package.

Boneless leg roasts are 2 to 3 pounds.

Ground lamb, stew, and kabob are packed in 1 pound packages.

Leg shanks are packed one to a package.

Ribs are packaged in slabs and are in 1 to 2.5 pound packages.

Our grass-finished lamb is leaner and has a richer flavor than grain fed lamb. Proper cooking can capitalize on and enhance these qualities. Be sure to check out our Cooking Tips for information about using and cooking the various cuts of meat.

Should you decide to quick defrost your meat in water, it is always recommended that you place it in a zip lock bag first.
