I cooked the tongue on Saturday (peeling it was yucky, but I managed to keep my imagination under control…) and it was good. I put the chuck roast in the slow cooker yesterday with minimal seasoning and it turned out great. I will continue to stock up at the Farmer’s Market so that by the end of the season I’ll have enough to get me through the winter. Thank you so much for offering to work with me.
