Our grass finished lambs are raised by a producing partner in the San Luis Valley of southern Colorado, with no supplemental grains. The lamb is dry aged, processed, freezer packed, and then quick frozen to insure freshness whenever you cook it. Vacuum packaging is standard on all lamb cuts.
