Ingredients
- (1 lb) ham steak
- (1/4 cup) maple syrup
- (1 tbl) apple cider vinegar
- (1 tbl) dijon mustard

- Mix maple syrup, vinegar, and mustard in a small bowl.
- Brush one side of ham steak with the mixture and place glazed side down in a skillet over medium heat.
- Brush top of ham steak.
- Cook over medium heat, turning frequently, until cooked through and the glaze has thickened.
Serve for breakfast with eggs or dinner with a side of mac and Cheese and fresh broccoli.
