Ham Steaks
  • Servings: 3-4

Ingredients

  • (1 lb) ham steak
  • (1/4 cup) maple syrup
  • (1 tbl) apple cider vinegar
  • (1 tbl) dijon mustard

Directions

Directions

  • Mix maple syrup, vinegar, and mustard in a small bowl.
  • Brush one side of ham steak with the mixture and place glazed side down in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Brush top of ham steak.
  • Cook over medium heat, turning frequently, until cooked through and the glaze has thickened.

Serve for breakfast with eggs or dinner with a side of mac and Cheese and fresh broccoli.
